Meet Ashley

I’m a South Bend native, a wife, and a mom of 3. I ‘m a foodie who loves to cook and bake, coffee addict, and outdoor lover.

I graduated from IUPUI with a BS in Physical Education with an emphasis in exercise science. I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL. I hold certifications in manual therapy as well as advanced trigger point dry needling.

I’m the owner/founder of Unchained Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC which came to life in 2022. I’m passionate about serving my community by educating people about their health and wellness as well as helping people move better so they can live a healthier, active lifestyle.
